2. What data we collect
When you use Dolmy, we process the following data:
- Email address and password (for login)
- Invite codes (to assign you to a company)
- Voice recordings and transcripts (to create Dolmy content)
- Photos (optional, for Dolmy content)
- Employees’ questions to the Dolmy assistant
- Feedback submitted via the feedback button
- Company data (name, employee structure)
When you visit this website, technically required access data (e.g. IP address and time of access) is also generated and processed by our hosting provider. If you use the contact form on the homepage, we process the contact details you provide (name, email, company, message) solely to handle your inquiry.
3. Purpose of data processing

- Creating and playing back onboarding content
- Answering employee questions with the help of AI
- Improving the service through feedback
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out to perform the usage contract and to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Optional content such as photos and voice recordings is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. The processing of feedback and technical access data is based on our legitimate interest in improving the service and operating it securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Disclosure to third parties
To provide Dolmy, we use the following service providers as processors:
- Supabase — database and authentication (servers in the EU)
- OpenAI — voice transcription (Whisper) and text generation
- Anthropic — AI assistant (Claude API)
- Cloudflare — hosting and delivery
OpenAI, Anthropic and Cloudflare are providers that may also process personal data in the USA. Under data protection law, the USA is considered a third country for which a level of data protection generally comparable to that of the EU is not guaranteed; such transfers may involve corresponding risks. The respective providers give information about the conditions and any safeguards of data transfers in their own privacy policies; on request via the contact address above, we will gladly provide you with the current status. No data is shared for advertising purposes.
6. Storage duration
- Account data: until the account is deleted
- Dolmy content: until deleted by the administrator
- Voice recordings: not stored permanently after transcription
- Questions & answers: until deleted manually
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact the address given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
